It is a device that allows the tracking and accounting for the actual fuel put into the tank, using a gateway positioned on the supply system of company yards and on road systems. This aftermarket accessory was patented on an international level and is compatible with every type of vehicle.
IT’S TIME TO REFUEL!
THANKS TO THE TRACKFUEL ONBOARD UNIT, THE COMPANY WILL HAVE THE RECORD
OF ALL EVENTS AND TIMES OF ALL REFUELING PHASES.
The driver of the vehicle will have to choose, via the dedicated App, the fuel station enabled for TRACKFUEL certified transactions.
Head to the TRACKFUEL pump and proceed with the refueling.
The first thing the driver has to do is open the cap cover.
After that the driver must unscrew the cap and reposition the cap cover to fully seal the opening.
Once the nozzle is inserted, it is recognized by the device which, by coupling with the gateway/controller of the yard, allows the pump to deliver, so it can refuel.
After extracting the pump the system will disconnect and, via the controller of the yard, the pump will be blocked to avoid the usage of the purchased fuel from other non-authorized vehicles or tanks.
Then, TRACKFUEL records the exact amount of fuel that has been delivered by the pump and transmits it to the company, with its relative traveled distance, automating the calculation and recovery of the excise duties.
If the cap remains open for longer than the expected time, the LED turns red, activating an acoustic signal, as well as signaling, after a further 10 seconds, the alarm notification to the company vehicle portal.
